Repair Ruptured Water Lines in Basement
We had ruptured water pipes in our basement and upstairs shower from a freeze in February. My research on ChatGPT recommended Revelation Plumbing so I called them that night. Alex, a very knowledgeable master plumber, came the next morning and gave us a very acceptable estimate, and we hired him immediately. He came the next day and fixed the downstairs leaks, and then brought in another plumber, Nate, to finish the repairs. After the water was back on we saw that the shower was broken and gushing water. So Alex and Nate cut through the fiberglass and replaced the fixtures with a new unit. In all, their work took about five hours. Alex and Nate are just super nice guys, and Alex is extremely knowledgeable and makes a point of transparency--explaining everything and keeping you advised all along the way of what he's doing and how it's covered in the estimate. We were grateful that they were able to do the work all in one day (I thought we were going to have to wait three or four days before we had water again.) Also, I want to mention Jenna, their office/scheduler person, who is super sweet and called us back later that day to make sure we were happy with the work. All I can say is that I highly recommend Revelation, and we would be happy to hire them again in a heartbeat.

"The name Revelation Plumbing is a fitting one thanks to the fact I feel like l've had a revelation of what good customer service looks like. Let me start by saying that the individual that was dispatched - Mike - was incredibly knowledgeable around the issues that were plaguing us. From the clogged basement sewer drain, to the shoddy piping that our kitchen sink had been limping on. It would have been enough if he just fixed these issues - but instead he took the time to explain to me whilst working them so that I could better understand the /why/. No nonsense, no fluff, just
education. Are they pricy? Sure, maybe a smidge. But when you want a professional to do work for you, you're paying for that service. I stand by Revelation, and I am absolutely thrilled with the service Mike

"I wish we had contacted Revelation Plumbing sooner!!! We had a corroded vertical stack/drain pipe leaking waste-water into our basement (along with a few other plumbing issues that needed fixing. Namely new drain pipes for our kitchen and bathroom, as well as having new faucets installed (among a few other issues)). Having had a bad experience with plumbers in the past; I was admittedly a bit trepidious about reaching out, but I am SO very glad I did!!! The work they did was excellent, and the plumbers we met (Mike, Brhett, Dan, Nate, and the rest) were all so kind and knowledgeable—having communicated to us everything that would happen each step of the way. They were upfront, honest, and we feel that Mike provided us with very fair quotes (which we found to be completely reasonable given the amount of labor that had to be done).
